This training provide an overview of the FCA recommendation on well-being in the workplace. It covers the needs for financial institution to create and maintain healthy, purposeful cultures. This includes: making diversity and inclusion the norm, eliminating sexual harassment and other unhealthy practices from the workplace, and creating a psychologically safe environment.
